Expect power outage for 3 hours, TCN tells Idah, Ayangba, others

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) wishes to inform the public that its maintenance crew will carry out scheduled maintenance on the switchgears of Feeder 1 in 132/33kV Ajaokuta Transmission Substation.
A statement signed by GM, Public Affairs Ndidi Mbah, said work will commence Friday, July 19, 2024.
“This will lead to power interruption for three (3) hours only from 10 am to 1 pm.
“Consequently, Abuja DisCo will be unable to supply power to ADOGO VILLAGE, AYANGBA TOWN, IDAH and PARTS OF KOGI EAST, GANAJA VILLAGE and PART OF LOKOJA TOWN and WEST AFRICA CERAMIC COMPANY.
“Kindly note that power supply will be restored as soon maintenance is completed, the statement read.
