NSCDC officer killed as terrorists 3 TCN towers

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) said, terrorists on Thursday blew-up three of its towers along Yobe-Damaturu transmission line
Confirming the incident, General Manager, Public Affairs Ndidi Mba, in a statement Friday, disclosed that a NSCDC personnel was killed in the incident.
This is not the first time that terrorists would destroy transmission towers between Yobe and Borno States.
“It’s truly another very sad day for us at TCN, with this incident, especially with the loss of life of the NSCDC official.
“The TCN commensurate with the family of the deceased and the NSCDC for this very sad and shocking incident,” Mba, said in the statement.
