ODA felicitates with Gov Ododo on S/Court victory

The Okun Development Association (ODA) has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo on his victory at the Supreme Court.
In a statement signed by National Publicity Secretary of ODA Dayo Thomas, and made available to journalists, the Supreme Court judgment is an affirmation of the will of the people of the state.
“This ruling represents a significant triumph for democracy and the Rule of Law, reflecting the genuine will of the people as demonstrated in the gubernatorial elections held on November 11, 2023.
“The decision further confirms that the voices of Kogi State’s citizens have been rightfully acknowledged and respected.
“In light of this development, the ODA calls on all parties involved to accept the Supreme Court’s verdict in good faith. We urge those who may feel aggrieved to set aside differences, embrace peace, and work collaboratively with Governor Ododo to advance the progress and development of Kogi State.
“It is a time for unity and collective efforts toward a brighter future for all in the State.
“The Supreme Court’s decision to uphold Governor Usman Ododo’s victory brings to finality the electoral process, therefore, paving the way for continued governance and growth in Kogi State,” the statement said.
