Wase Emirate turbans Abdullahi Baruga as Jarman Wase
The Emir of Wase, (Sarkin Dutse), in Plateau State, His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr), Muhammadu Sambo Haruna, has formally turbaned Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim Baruga as the Jarman Wase.
The event took place at the Emir’s Palace, Wase over the weekend.
A philanthropy, Baruga, is a youth and grassroots mobiliser, was the Plateau State governorship candidate of the Boot Party in the 2023 general election.
Speaking with the news men, Baruga expressed gratitude to the Emir of Wase for the honour done to him pledging to do more within his power to uplift the wellbeing of the people.
