We’ve created a new generation of decision makers – Ododo

Kogi State governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo says his administration has created a new generation of decision-makers that would good governance in the State.

The governor who said this during an official visit to the APC national secretariat, said the state government was also prioritizing youth and women participation in leadership.
“We have created a new generation of decision-makers, infused fresh ideas into governance, and given hope to a large number of our population. This approach has further endeared the APC to the people of Kogi State and positioned us strongly for an even better performance in the 2027 general elections.
“Our administration in Kogi has adopted the principle of servant leadership, and this has resonated deeply with our people. In just 14 months, we have made significant strides, from stabilizing our security architecture, to boosting agricultural productivity, to driving infrastructural development and expanding access to social services across the state. These modest but impactful achievements have strengthened the credibility of our party and deepened public trust in our government.
“It takes a bold heart like that of Mr President to take tough but necessary decisions especially as they affect the petroleum sector and our monetary policies. His decisions are in the overall best interest of our dear nation. I am confident that the people of Nigeria will file behind Mr President for a resounding victory come 2027. His patriotic actions will earn him a second term as we are all ready to ensure victory for him in order to continue to put Nigeria on the path of greatness and Renewed Hope,” he said.
Ododo appreciated the support of the party hierarchy saying it has further inspired him to wrk for the good and progress of the party.
“It is with a deep sense of gratitude and purpose that I stand before you today to express my appreciation to our great party, the All-Progressives Congress (APC), for the unwavering support you have shown me, not only during my electioneering journey but also in my service as the Chief Servant of Kogi State.
“The confidence reposed in me by the party and its leadership has not only inspired my commitment to serve with humility and excellence, it has also reinforced my resolve to uphold the ideals and vision of our great party. I remain fully loyal to the APC and committed to promoting its manifesto through purposeful and people-centered governance in Kogi State,” the governor added.
