2027: We will enhance the economic potential of our people, create jobs – Adomu

A People’s Democratic Party House of Representative Candidate for Okene/Ogori Magongo, Honourable Mohammed Adomu Etudaiye, has presented his vision to a forum of Egbira people living in Abuja.
Adomu in a meeting with Egbira Progressive Elite of Area 10, Abuja, said, he has carried out economic survey of Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency, where he discovered that the constituency has never been represented adequately, in term of economic development. He gave the figures sector by sector, saying you can’t reach out to the people, if you don’t have the details about their various sectors.
According to him, it’s possible to connect the people of the constituency to the world, using football alone, he said, we have seen what Sadio Mane, a Liverpool former striker has done in his country home in Senegal. What they need is to catch them young, expose them to interstate competitions.
He said, he will revitalize all the Primary Health Care facilities in the Constituency and put them to use, that would be done in collaboration with the National Youths Service Corp (NYSC) to post Corp members, who are in medical line to the centres as most of the health facilities in the state are not functioning.
Talking about education, he lamented the declining enrollment of children in the public primary and secondary school as a result of poor attitude of government towards education in the state. He said all this can be achieved using the funds meant for the Constituency.
He noted efforts of the market women, who are in petty trading in various markets across the constituency, this sector, according to him require government support.
Adomu commended the efforts of the Senator representing the Kogi Central, Senator Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan for her giant stride in enhancing the economy of the Kogi Central.
Responding to his presentation, leaders of the Egbira Progressive Elite of Area 10, Alhaji Lukman Wuli and Abdulwahab Opiri Ajanaku commended him, according them, releasing all these figures about every sectors of our economy shows his intentions and his preparedness to change the situation if elected.
They prayed for God’s guidance towards his aspiration, urged him not to forget about every promises he made during his campaign and carry on those who help him in the course of his campaign along
