The Chief Executive Officer of the Al-kautar Travels and Tours Limited, Hajia Rabiat Umar Bako has advocated for the best practice in the tour operation in Hajj Industry in Nigeria.
Rabiat, who said this at the annual Hajj Reporters awards ceremony held at the National Mosque, Abuja, added that integrity, professionalism, transparency and excellent service delivery to our pilgrims could help to grow the industry.
Speaking on behalf of the management and entire team of Al-Kauthar Travels and Tours Limited, she appreciates the National Coordinator of Hajj Reporters and members for the recognition and commendation recently bestowed on her and the management of Al-Kauthar Travels and Tours Limited.
She said, “I am deeply humbled and greatly encouraged by this distinguished recognition. It is not only a source of personal honour, but also a strong motivation for me and the entire Al-Kauthar family to continue striving for excellence in the provision of quality, reliable, and professional Hajj and Umrah services”.
According to her, the recognition of our efforts is a clear demonstration of your commitment to acknowledging individuals and organisations that contribute positively to the development and improvement of Hajj and Umrah operations in Nigeria.
Rabiat commended the leadership of the Chairman of National Hajj Commission, Ambassador Ismail Abba on the successful completion of the 2026 Hajj in Saudi Arabia, she attributed the successes to his visionary.
The reforms that are going on in commission will further entrenched the system, therefore urged the stakeholders to support them, as it will help to add value to the Hajj and Umrah operation
She urged the members of Hajj Reporters to continue to pursue professionalism, dedication, and more efforts in promoting credible information and accountability within the Hajj sector.
